On January 14th 2010, Pechel took part in the capital increase of Starexcel, alongside members of Starexcel network and the management. With more than €500 million sales, Starexcel network is the third French player in the distribution of automotive spare parts.
On November 2nd 2009, Guillaume Bourcier joined Pechel as an Associate.
On May 26th 2009, Pechel took part in the acquisition of 29,47% of Store Electronic Systems (SES) equity. SES is among the leaders in the world of electronic label systems for food and non-food retailers. The market for such value-added products is rapidly growing on an international scale. In 2008, SES generated €54 million revenues.
On May 19th 2009, Pechel invested in the Eminence group alongside the private equity fund Orium. Eminence is the leader in the male underwear market with Athena and Eminence brands in France, and Liabel brand in Italy. In 2008, Eminence generated more than €135 million revenues.
