After a first experience at Associés en Finance, Pauline Eloy, a graduate from EM Lyon (Specialised Master in Corporate Finance) and Paris Dauphine University (Master in Management) joined Pechel in Januray 2012 as an analyst.

On December 15^th, 2011, Pechel invested in Babeau Seguin. With sales of more than €100 million, Babeau Seguin is the 5^th-largest builder of single-family detached homes. It covers some 10 regions, has more than 50 sales branches and 250 employees. Babeau Seguin aims to be a growth cornerstone in a rapidly consolidating industry.

On October 27^th, 2011, Pechel invested in Dial Invest, composed of 4 nephrological centers located in Paris, Aix en Provence, Aubagne and Toulon and also the Alma clinic in Paris. Today, the company treats more than 600 patients and is a key player in dialysis and a leader in the South-East of France (PACA region).

On July 28^th 2011, Pechel sold its shareholding in Eminence to the PE Fund LBO France.
