Alain Cochenet joined Pechel Industries Partenaires in February 2006 after five years of varied experience in banking and industry. He worked with Ernst & Young M&A (2004) and Deutsche Bank (2002-2003) focusing on M&A/ECM transactions. Prior to that, he was a Financial Analyst with the automotive supplier Valeo in the USA (1999-2000). He also had several experiences in Private Equity (Rothschild & Cie, BASF Venture Capital Private Equity Hong Kong/USA, Natixis Private Equity, The Center for Asia Private Equity Research Hong Kong). He graduated from INSEAD (MBA), ESCP-EAP (Masters in Finance), Harvard Business School (PLD) and Reims Management School (Msc. in Management). He also studied in North America (HEC Montréal, BAA ; Wharton, MBA).
