Invest in medium-size privately-owned companies, with a €30 million to €200 million firm value, in all business areas (industry and services).

Develop financing solutions at all stages of development of partner companies :

• Growth capital : capital increase or purchase of shares
• LBO and transmission
• Pre-IPO, pre-strategic sale

Provide companies with additional financing or increase liquidity to their shareholders.
