Pechel Industries’ partners own 100% of the management company. The three founding partners; Hélène Ploix, Jean Gore and Bertrand Hainguerlot have worked together since inception in 1997. In 2012, the arrival of Philippe Renié strengthened the partners’ team.
Together the partners share a successful private equity experience of more than 15 years in SMEs.

Jean Gore joined Pechel in January 1998. He was appointed Chairman of Pechel Industries in January 2017. He has a strong experience of business acquired with Worms & Cie (1984-1991 and 1996-1997) and at Trianon Finance (1993-1995), where he completed numerous transactions as a financial advisor or investor.
Between 1991 and 1993 he was the CEO of Bagajavion group (€15 million in sales), specialising in the manufacture of luxury leather goods. Jean has been a board member, Chairman of the Ethics Committee and the Treasurer of AFIC and Co-Chairman of the Growth Capital Commission.

Bertrand Hainguerlot has been Managing Director of Pechel Industries since april 1997. He spent part of his professional career with Worms & Cie (1992-1997) where he was directly involved in numerous transactions as financial adviser or investor. He worked for the Disney Group (1989-1991) within the strategic planning team. Prior to that he was a management consultant with Arthur Andersen & Cie (1985-1988).

Philippe Renié joined Pechel in May 2012. He is Managing Director of Pechel Industries.
Philippe started his career with Alcatel in the USA and Egypt (1984-1987). He then joined The Boston Consulting Group & Cie in Paris where he conducted consulting assignments in various industries throughout Europe (1989-1991). From there he moved to Eurosuez, a €180m pan-European development capital/buyout investment fund sponsored by Suez and Mercapital (1991-1997). In 1997, Philippe co-founded SG Capital Europe (now Syntegra Capital), a mid-market pan- European private equity operation backed by Société Générale and Goldman Sachs, where he headed the Paris office (1997-2009). Subsequently, Philippe served as a senior partner at Industries & Finances (2011-2012), where he initiated and led two “buy and build” investments.
He holds an MSc degree in telecommunication engineering from Telecom ParisTech (ENST) and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a former auditor of IHEDN (the French National Institute for Defence and Security Studies).email@example.com
Hélène Ploix joined Pechel in 1997. She was appointed Chairman of the Investment Committee of Pechel Industries in January 2017.
Previously, she worked at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (1989-1995) as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Banking and Financial Activities. In that capacity, she was Chairman of CDC Participations (managed fund of €1.5 billion of which €600 millions in capital investments). She was also Director and then Chairman of Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital (AFIC), the French Private Equity Association (2001-2002).
Hélène held several positions in the public sector (Advisor to the Prime Minister for Economic and Financial Affairs, Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank) and in the private sector (President of the BIMP where she created the first private equity fund in France, Director of the CEP (Compagnie Européenne de Publication) and Management Consultant at McKinsey & Co (1968-1978) where she began her career).
She is a graduate of L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques (IEP) (Paris), holds a Master’s in Public Administration from University of California at Berkeley and holds an MBA from INSEAD.firstname.lastname@example.org
Laurent Gueroult joined Pechel Industries after twelve years of experience in private equity, seed funding and mergers & acquisitions. He started his career in 2001 as an investment banker at KPMG Corporate Finance. In 2005, he joined Paluel-Marmont listed family office as an investor in the team dedicated to Private Equity transactions. Then from 2011 to 2013, he was specialized in corporate advisory and investment in seed financing activities at wedotrust.

Gontran Duchesne joined Pechel in January 2017.
He has a seventeen-year background as a professional investor on the small and mid cap french segment.
He previously served 10 years as Managing Director of LBO Partners after starting his career as Investment Manager for Compagnie Financière Rothschild.

Marion de Bonneville
Marion joined Pechel Industries in September 2012.
Marion started her career working in the leverage finance department at Société Générale (2006-2007) before joining GMT Partners in London (2008-2009). Thereafter she spent three years at NextStage SAS (2009-2012) as an associate in their investment team.

He worked in Private Equity for Pai Partners (2010), Advent International (2010) and Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (2012), as well as in Transaction Services for BM&A and ACA Nexia (2012 - 2016).
